NYC & Marble Slab

The North York Central Library (NYC) is located across the street from the North York Centre accessible entrance. If you do not need an elevator, it is located in the same building as the subway station. On the second floor, it has a fabrication studio and a 3D printing studio.

Also, there was an Art Space but you need to go on the parking elevator to access it. The elevator was very old, and like it was going to break.

On the third floor, it has the same book sanctuary collection as TRL.

It has a big teen section that I forgot to take pictures of. The kids section was very big.

There was also a big collection of disability-related books called IBBY Collection. It has 4,000 titles in over 50 languages.

I took out One Of Our Kind by Nicola Yoon.

After I went to the library, I went to Marble Slab which was two minutes walk from NYC. I ordered the special princess Peach ice cream which was a strawberry peach ice cream with strawberries and sprinkles on top. I got the strawberry peach ice cream but I didn’t get the strawberries or the sprinkles.

Overall, both NYC and Marble Slab were very accessible.
